You cannot hide your age but can look good with the age
gracefully and elegantly. Hiding your age is not a
temporary solution but you can look younger, fit and
healthy with some sincere efforts. Besides age, stress and
poor life patterns are both factors which make you look and
feel older.
You have to follow a fitness regime for the body, mind and
skin to look younger and fit than the actual age and for
that you will have to follow proper working out patterns,
meditation, good healthy diet, skin care and weight
management. You can hide the fine lines and saggy flesh
with make up tricks but for a lasting solution you can
reduce the fine lines and saggy skin with a little more
care and awareness.
Keeping the body fit to look young: You should do regular
workouts and should keep your body and mind active to stay
young. You can join the gym or can go to walks with friends
in the evening or morning. If you have some health problems
due to which joining gym or walking is not preferable then
you can do yoga and meditation, which helps the mind and
body to heal, and keeps the muscles relaxed.
Yoga relieves the stress, which is one of the main causes to
make you feel and look older than you actually are. Workouts
make the skin look glowing and healthy because they increase
the blood circulation in the body and remove toxins. You
should have a good eight hours of sleep to keep the mind active
and skin young. Lack of sleep decreases concentration and
effectiveness of your mind and body and gives dark circles
around your eyes.
Eating healthy food to stay and look younger: You should eat
fresh healthy food to maintain young skin and body. Eating the
right food makes a whole lot of difference in your appearance.
You should have a balanced diet and 4-times a day meals in small
portions. Today's lifestyle doesn't allow people to have the
right food at the right time. People don't get time to have
a proper meal and they mostly rely on junk food, which is a kind
of slow poison to the body. You should include green leafy
vegetables, carbohydrates, soup, salads and all dietary items
in the daily diet.

You should keep away from alcohol and smoke or should have
it in moderation. Caffeine intake as in forms of tea and
coffee too should be cut off from your daily diet. All these
things make your skin look older much before your time.
Smokers get dry patches, dark circles and saggy skin long
before the time when they should get them. Their bones become
brittle and weak.
Skin Care: Eating the right food, such as fruits, milk, nuts
and vegetables are the best way to feed your skin. But you
should follow a definite skin care routine to keep the skin
young and healthy as it is affected by outside factors as
dust, dirt and pollution too. You should keep the skin
clean, and you Should not pinch or squeeze pimples, boils
and acne otherwise they leave permanent marks on your skin.
You should drink lots of water and fluids to wash off the
toxins. It keeps the skin away from most of the skin
problems including black heads and white heads. After the
age of 25 you should go for regular clean ups and facials and
if you cant afford them in a salon, you can learn to do it
on your own. You should start applying creams, which are
specifically made with anti aging ingredients after the age
of 30 as your body starts producing less moisture and oils
and you need extra care to keep your skin hydrated.
You should always apply vitamin E based cream or lotions
all over your body to keep the skin soft and supple. You
should never go out in the sun without applying a sunscreen
protection on your uncovered skin parts. Sun damages the skin
the most and makes it look older. Once a week a face pack
should be applied on your skin, which has the base of clay
and sandalwood powder, they make the skin tight and help your
skin to tone. You should not laugh or talk when the pack is
on your face otherwise you will get fine lines all over
your face.
Natural extracts, such as rose water, cucumber juice
and orange juice are all good for your skin. You can apply
these juices on your skin by adding them in your face packs
or applying them directly on your skin with a cotton ball. Putting
mashed papaya and banana also keeps your skin hydrated.
You should follow the cleaning, toning and moisturizing
regime every night before going to bed. Doing all these
things will really help you to retain the natural beauty
of your skin and stay young.
