Facial Neglect… Are You Guilty?
You can't escape it, the most unwanted signs of aging doesn't spare anyone, and that includes you!
It firmly takes its grip with every passing day as soon as your days of youth are gone. With growing age your skin looses its charm, your skin starts sagging, fine wrinkles start appearing and finally these signs turn into the horrible effects of aging.
Not very nice right, but it's reality.
The greatest fear when it comes to your beauty, which most women and men have, is loosing your youth and looking old, and believe it or not, people will go to pretty much ANY length to avoid this natural human phenomena. Deep down inside we'd all like to retain our youth, by at least looking young, with little or no signs of aging.
Now, even after you've tried everything known to man, like anti-aging solutions, is there a way to delay the effects of aging so you can keep your skin young?
The answer is a resounding YES!
All you need to do is take proper care of your skin… and do facial exercises…
WHAT, I hear you say!
You see it everyday. The masses who are ready to spend an obscene amount of money to keep themselves looking young and fresh, the minute they see any signs of aging.
The cosmetics companies absolutely love it!
Plunging into the anti-aging cream market, staking their claim to get a piece of this highly lucrative market, quietly raking in a small fortune, while promising you the earth… making false claims… and getting away with it.
The result…
A complete waste of your money.
Look; you have to be careful when using any product which offers to remove the signs of aging, because sometimes after you've used these so-called miracle creams, you can actually end up looking older than you actually are.
I highly recommend LifeCell, and you can find out more about them by visiting South Beach Skin Care's site.
The signs of aging initially start affecting your facial skin; the skin of your forehead which is basically vertical. Gradually with increasing age this skin becomes loose and horizontal lines start appearing on your forehead.
The eyebrows begin to lower down and give your eyes a very older look. The eyelids also become bulgy and this doesn't look very good. Wrinkles in large numbers start to appear near your eyes which is what we call ‘crow’s feet’.
These all have adverse affects on your aging, making your skin lose its firmness, which in turn makes you look older.
Then the area near your neck starts sagging because the skin of your neck actually atrophies as your skin grows. This is why people get that 'double chin' effect, and horizontal lines on their neck. The muscles of the cheeks also tend to lose their firmness resulting in the appearance of fine lines.
Apart from learning how to apply your makeup correctly, the best way to alleviate the signs of aging is to learn how to do facial exercises. These will keep your facial muscles strong, and recreate firmness in your skin, which will rejuvenate your skin, and make you look and feel fabulous!
So here's my recommendation for you:
1/. Learn how to apply makeup properly, you can do that my signing up for my free multi-media makeup newsletter.
2/. If you are going to use an anti-aging cream, be sure to use the right one. Lifecell is our preferred choice.
3/. Eat well, exercise, and that includes doing facial exercises.
I hope this was useful for you.
Talk soon, and take care now,
~ Peter Vaughn
